Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at 9443334507 or krissh@square2graphics.com. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.



  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 20A, Thayumanavar Street, Sanjeevi Nagar, Tiruchirappalli, TN, 620002, India If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
  • You can always contact us for any return questions at krissh@square2graphics.com. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized films for car specific model orders)
  •  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase fothe new item. European Union 3 day cooling off period notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3days for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you once inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days yet, first check your payment mode and verify with bank account statement / Credit card Statement of previous and present month again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • Take necessary photos and videos to provide us the reason for return as the product is damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
